Our Story
We grew up in Botswana eating biltong the way it was meant to be made — hanging in the breeze, cured with coarse salt, coriander and a little bit of patience. When we arrived in Australia, we couldn't find anything that came close.
So we made our own. Biltong Bar was built on the idea that the best biltong in Australia shouldn't have to come from anywhere else. We use 100% Australian grass-fed beef, traditional South African recipes, and we make every batch on the Sunshine Coast.
